    Based on the concept of “the best of Japan that can be enjoyed with all five senses,” we use seasonal, premium ingredients carefully selected by our craftsmen and grill them fragrantly using either robatayaki or traditional straw roasting, and serve them to our customers on large rice scoops, a style unique to Japan. . The straw grilled food is grilled in the open kitchen right in front of you, and you can enjoy the dynamic flames and the live feeling.
