The name of the restaurant is derived from the name of an herb meaning “purification” in the hope that you will spend time taking a deep breath while taking care of yourself. The restaurant offers dishes that respect diversity and are not bound by nationality, inspired by food culture that has been popular in Japan and many other countries for centuries.
